  state-owned enterprise, public institution, research organization, or
  independent company career sites.
- People who need to track registration, qualification review, written tests,
  interviews, offers, deadlines, and next actions across many official sites.

## Product Boundary

- The web workbench is the durable source of truth for sources, opportunities,
  applications, profile versions, deadlines, and evidence.
- A local host AI agent such as Codex, Claude Code, or OpenClaw can research,
  explain, and propose actions through a limited protocol. It is not embedded
  in the webpage, and the workbench remains usable when the agent is offline.
- The product distinguishes structured monitoring, page-change alerts,
  browser-assisted work, and unsupported sources. A page change is not
  presented as a verified job opening.
- File upload, CAPTCHA, declarations, payment, and final application submission
  remain user actions.
- Website cookies, passwords, authenticated sessions, original identity
  documents, certificates, photos, and attachments stay in the user's browser
  or local device.
- An AI agent proposal cannot overwrite formal application state without user
  confirmation.
